| The Cove Wilderness Lodge is located on the north-east shore of Kluane Lake in the Yukon Territory, 180 km by air from Whitehorse. Situated in a quiet and protected cove the lodge offers individual guest cabins in a forest setting. The rustic but charming cabins feature a bedroom with single/double beds, wood stove, gas lamps and a clean outhouse. The shower and bathhouse includes modern amenities with a shower and dressing room, vanity area, hair dryer, towels and electrical plugs. The delicious meals are served in the dining room of the main lodge or on the outside deck next to the fire pit. Breakfast and dinner are full course meals, lunch is usually a picnic lunch. Lodge Activities include canoe, kayaking, guided hiking trips, fishing equipment and daily fly-fishing courses. |

| 01 |
Around 10 am we will pick you up at the lobby of your Whitehorse hotel and take you to our floatplane base at Schwatka Lake only 5 minutes drive from downtown. There you will meet your pilot who will introduce you to our fleet of satellite phone equipped aircraft and explain the flights route on a map.
Departing Whitehorse we fly northwest to the famous Kluane National Park and it’s fascinating ice fields. Weather permitting you will be able to see Canada’s highest mountain, Mount Logan. After a flight of approx 2 hours 15 minutes we will land on Kluane Lake, directly in front of “The Cove” wilderness retreat. |

| You surely will feel absolutely comfortable at the Cove lodge providing anything necessary for a relaxing and adventurous stay. The food served is rustic yet top of the line. For activities we recommend wildlife viewing, canoe trips, boat excursions, fishing trips on the ATV or a gold panning expedition to the Gladstone River. Be sure to catch the spectacular, and very romantic sunsets on the sandy Kluane Lake beach. |

| Following breakfast our floatplane will pick you up. After a last low pass over "The Cove", we will follow the wide valleys of the Ruby Range back to Whitehorse (flying time is approx. 1 hour 15 minutes where this incredible Yukon adventure will unfortunately come to an end. From our Schwatka base we then transfer you to your hotel or to the airport. |
